We worked with SteelTrace during the launch of a new version of its requirements capture software, Catalyze. We introduced some happy SteelTrace customers to US trade journalists to get coverage in leading tech publications Information Week and Application Development Trends.

Computer Troubleshooters
Computer Troubleshooters is the largest worldwide franchise of computer technicians with more than 400 franchises in seven countries. Chris Aconley, Computer Troubleshooters’ Director for Western Canada, asked Capulet to help raise the company’s profile with a traditional, province-wide media relations campaign.
Over six months, Capulet identified PR opportunities for Computer Troubleshooters and developed story ideas that were picked up by top news outlets in British Columbia including the Vancouver Sun (JPG), The Province, 24-Hour Daily (PDF) and A-Channel.

Capulet works with AEP Networks, a client for more than four years, to identify and pursue media opportunities including interviews with key trade publications, bylined articles, product reviews in popular industry magazines, like SC Magazine and PC Magazine, and meetings with media at industry trade shows.QA Labs
We helped QA Labs make the best of a new outsourcing relationship by pitching the story to business press with an interest in unique outsourcing models. The story was published in ITBusiness.ca, Business in Vancouver and was broadcast on CBC, Canada's national radio station.
